*Terms and Conditions of Use for Crowdfund.Trading*

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Crowdfund.Trading (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you are not authorized to use the Platform.

*1. Definitions*

(a) "Platform" refers to Crowdfund.Trading and its website, applications, and related services.
(b) "Client," "User," "You," and "Your" refer to anyone who accesses or uses the Platform.
(c) "We," "Our," and "Us" refer to Crowdfund.Trading and its owners or operators.
(d) "Services" refer to the services provided by Crowdfund.Trading, including but not limited to crowdfunding and trading services.

*2. Eligibility*

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

*3. Registration and Account*

(a) To access certain features and services, you may be required to register for an account on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

(b) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

*4. Use of the Platform*

(a) You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

(b) You are solely responsible for the content you post, share, or otherwise make available on the Platform. You agree not to post or transmit any content that violates the rights of others or is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

*5. Financial Transactions*

(a) Crowdfund.Trading facilitates crowdfunding and trading activities. We are not a financial institution, and we do not provide financial advice or services. We do not guarantee the success of any crowdfunding campaign or trading activity.

(b) Users are responsible for conducting their due diligence on crowdfunding campaigns and trading activities, and they acknowledge the inherent risks associated with these activities.

(c) We do not hold or manage any User funds. Financial transactions are conducted through third-party payment processors and financial institutions.

*6. Liability and Indemnification*

(a) To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crowdfund.Trading and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform.

(b) You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Crowdfund.Trading harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms.

*7. Termination*

(a) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

*8. Changes to Terms*

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

*9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction*

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

*10. Severability*

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
